Thank you to the NerdFam for the chance to read this ARC! Diving in, this book was outside my comfort zone, and that’s definitely okay. It’s a historical romance with mystery and drama vibes, which did keep me interested in the process! Because the book is set in a historical setting, the language is definitely something that the author remained dedicated to which I liked! I feel for readers that enjoy some sort of drama with their romance, and schemes this book definitely would be worth the read!
