Burnout: physical or mental collapse caused by overwork or stress.

Jungmin spends a year hiding, hibernating, avoiding the outside world after an emotional event burns her out at work. Her awakening starts with a scream that comes from nowhere. It drives her outside, finally, and here she stumbles across Soyo pottery studio, confusing it for a coffee shop. She enters and what follows is a healing, messy recovery.

I loved reading this. Most of us have all been stressed enough to wish we could hide away for a time. We all need to find a place and community that allows us to heal.

This book is a warm hug, and is one of the books in the healing fiction category I would absolutely recommend.
