The character growth in this book is amazing. The spice level and the relationship work well. It is refreshing to see a healthy relationship, yes there were some tropes that were to be expected but the way the author allows the character to grow along side each other is done so well. I did find myself having a small lull in desire to read about half way through but that could have just been a me thing with the pacing as I read it.
