Honestly, I don't really know what to say. Like there is nothing super notable about this book BUT its so 00's rom-com chick flick coded I couldn't help but eat it up. I was shocked I liked it so much. I did trudge through the first 40% but binged the last 60% in one day.
Did I get butterflies every time the love interest used the MC's nickname? Kicking my feet and screaming included. Will I pick up other books by Ashley Poston? If a copy suddenly appears in my hands. Did this book successfully offset the grossly MAN sci-fi book I just read? Thankfully. Will I recommend this book? Most definitely to anyone that reads fiction and whos birth year starts with 19-.
