I tried reading it for the second time, but I guess it’s just not for me. I couldn’t get past the first 40 chapters, where the story supposedly gets better.

The problem for me lies in the fantasy elements and plot, which I didn’t find engaging enough. While I was curious about Jing Lin and Cang Ji, the rest of the story wasn’t compelling enough to keep me going.
