Georgie and Nicholas’s story was sweet, but felt short. I was surprised when the epilogue appeared. I’m sure it’s a result of the first half of the story happening in Kent before they move to Edinburgh; I anticipated more details about their time in New Town. I adored the look into the butler’s lives and their connection with the youngest of both families, and I thought the setup of Wheelock’s nephew becoming part of their new household meant there would be updates on the household staff. I also appreciated the cameo of Lady Danbury and Violet’s growing family.
