1.2/5 - this could’ve been an ok book on par with twisted 1 & 2 but that third act conflict was deplorable. i hated it.
[SPOILERS AHEAD] i already hate when the boyfriend says unforgivable things during a fight and then they get back together in the end like nothing happened but this was on a whole other level. you’re telling me that you know this girl has undergone sexual trauma and bc you’re upset that she lied, you force her through another instance of sexual trauma AND *checks notes* tell her that’s all she’s good for? yea absolutely not. maybe MAYBE this could’ve been saved if they didn’t get back together…but of course they did. A WEEK LATER. i don’t really care that she didn’t take him back immediately and asked for space; it doesn’t make the action any better.
just terrible all around & i’m probably done reading this series :/
