I have guilted myself for too many days about not finishing this and making myself feel like I had wasted time by starting this and not completing it, but I am finally caving.
I did not hate this book at all, but I was really struggling to stick with it as I was too excited about starting other books and, frankly, did not really care about anything going on in the story.
With that said, I hope to pick up some other Vonnegut in the coming months, as I did really enjoy Slaughterhouse Five. I probably just need to be more selective with which books I choose, rather than just picking up the first Vonnegut novel I see.
