- I liked the storyline, but the world building and characterisation just wasn’t done in a good way. If we just saw a bit more of the characters and the world it would’ve been a 5 star read.
- I liked that Grace had a career that she was actually good in and that she enjoyed.
- It just could’ve been more.
- Considering that the title is so country-esqe I really thought we would’ve seen more country.
- Also, the whole point of the book was Grace that had fertility issues. And then she got pregnant in like a week?? Make that make sense.
- Charlie is supposedly so against marriage and kids, but when Grace is there he instantly is like oky. No resistance or anything. We could’ve seen him with another woman where he turned her down or something.
- So just because his highschool sweatheart cheated on him when he was 20, he writes of all women and children?
- I did like the smut scenes.
