Animals Make Us Human: Creating the Best Life for Animals
by Temple Grandin
Overall a good and insightful book. A decently interesting read even if you don't own any pets or livestock, since some of the ideas regarding emotions apply to humans as well, and the book may influence your eating choices.
It definitely feels like some parts are pretty speculative.
The title "Animals Make Us Human" is pretty misleading. It's more of a guide about specifics of how to make different animals happy. Some parts are disjointed and have random bits of info that are probably useful as a guide for someone who owns that animal but are pretty boring otherwise.
