I loved this book so much! It made me feel so many emotions and cry multiple times. I fell in love with Lucy immediately. She is a character you can’t help, but root for and hope she accomplishes her goal. I also fell in love with Hugo and Jack the more I learned of their backstory and relationship with one another.

It's hard to express my feelings about this book, but it gave me all the warm and fuzzy feelings while also making me cry, laugh out loud, feel nostalgic and think. There were a lot of fun riddles throughout I couldn’t help but pause to try and solve.

The book also made me feel nostalgic to things I saw as “magical” when I was a kid and reminded me of books I grew up reading and the authors who first made me fall in love with reading by connecting with their stories. I highly recommend this book as your next cozy read.
