I actually thoroughly enjoyed this book! I read some of the reviews when I started it yesterday, and was like “eh, no, I probably won’t like it”. BOY WAS I WRONG. I will admit that I didn’t like how Marina’s depression was handled. It could’ve been done a lot better. I also don’t like that we didn’t get any Penelope and Eloise interactions in this one 🥲. Other than that, I enjoyed everything about this book. I love Eloise and Phillip’s dynamic works. I think they were really good for each other, and I’m so glad I picked it up. There were several time where I was giggling and blushing at the book. So, overall (and because of the reasons I mentioned), I give this book 4.75/5 stars, but I definitely recommend it!
