i have to admit that i was not prepared enough to read this book when i did. i love convenience store woman that is why i was so excited to deep dive into sayaka murata's surreal world again. i was warned on how her books gets crazier...so i have to see it for myself😀
just like 'convenience' earthlings is unputdownable!
i easily get into the story and couldn't stop reading.this book lives up to its reputation as crazy and weird. i was left speechless for countless times, several jaw-dropping scenes that made me stop and stare for a while.then i have to continue reading just because 😀 this book makes perfect sense...but not?! haha
do i like or love this book? i still don't know😅 but i truly enjoy my experience reading it. i just wish i look for content warnings before reading because for clueless reader like me, some themes in this book could be a bit too hard to take in.
