“Say You’ll Be Nine” is such a sweet, funny, adorable book.
I discovered Lucy Lennox only recently and I’ve loved everything I’ve tried from her so far.
I really enjoyed how Nine is not freaked out by possibly being attracted to a guy and how he just embraces it and goes with it. These are the kind of stories I like. Nine/Isaac was such a sweetheart, even if his selflessness slightly annoyed me as it got in the way of him being truly happy more than once. He deserved the best and I’m so happy to know he got it. Coop was a cool character too and they had really believable chemistry.
I really enjoyed the social media aspect of it too. Fake relationships are one of my favorite tropes, so I was a happy camper ;)
