My first CoHo book, and I’d say it was a success. This book had me scared to walk around my house at night, and it will probably stay that way for a few days.. Lots of twists and turns. I enjoyed not knowing who to trust as the book went on. Is something up with Verity? Is Lowen an unreliable narrator? I liked the way it ended too

I’m excited to discuss the ending with friends that have also read it to see which version of Verity’s stories they think is true!

Will definitely be picking up more of Hoover’s books in the future!
