Just Kiss Her by Clare Lydon

4.0

A really good one.

I value so much that the characters actually talk honestly about how they feel and what’s going on instead of building a tension until it explodes (I like this too but something they take it too far).

Gio and Noah are a couple of pieces but we love them cause Gio is just chaos and has a particular way to express love and feelings but he’s a really good guy and an amazing father and Noah is drama queen and that’s why we love him.

And then, our Queens, Jen and Brooke. I love them. The two points of view in a three perspective narrative is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Jen is just amazing. As a mom, as a person and as a woman, she has her thighs cause nobody is perfect but I adore her. And Brooke, my girl, she is so sweet and has such a bright sould. Love her.

Even if we can’t see a lot about Claudia -Brooke’s mom- I like her too. I understand everyone point and why they acted like that at some point so I get it. Thank you for trying.

I think it’s the first time I read the author and I will definitely read more. Age gap is one of my fav tropes of all time and it’s good to find a new author that writes it GOOD.
