Overall, this was an okay read. I really, really liked Theo - tall, dark, handsome, alpha-male, broody, and silent. I also liked the slow building passion between Theo and Megan. However, I did not like Megan, the main character, or really even Suzanne. Megan’s personality is constantly abrasive and she acts like an unhinged lunatic at times. There was too much focus on Megan talking about/feeling like she was going crazy. The leading ladies’ personalities lacked balance and depth. Also I didn’t appreciate the constant God-bashing throughout the book. Lastly, the book kind of dropped the ball in exploring the main point of the plot, the fact that Theo is a mix of himself & Cass. The author quickly, and in a round-about way, address the fact that Cass (or a part of him) resides in Theo. I was left dissatisfied with how the author presented and then haphazardly addressed the main plot.
