Did not finish book. Stopped at 42%.

Subpar writing and shallow characterization. Lazy metaphors based on pop culture references. Really interesting premise but couldn’t bring myself to slog through it. “A wet feeling of Lukewarm warmth” is never leaving my brain anytime soon.
