This is a very quick read, mostly fairly superficial, but a good intro to the idea that we don't know what we're actually thinking quiet often. I especially appreciated the sections regarding how people would believe themselves free of racial bias while in fact making decisions that hinge on just that bias without knowing it. These are important ideas, though I know that most of the people who should read them won't.
