This was honestly hard for me to get into, as heartbreaking as it is for me to say.
The plot was fast-paced, the love story just didn’t give me any sparks, the enemies-to-lovers was over fairly quickly, and… I just struggled. I really, truly wanted to enjoy it. It looks like others enjoyed it, and I’m glad they did! I feel that with more sustenance to the plot I could’ve too, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I would potentially read more books by this author if they were longer and more thought out rather than the short (rushed) 108 pages we got here.
