Burned Dreams
by Neva Altaj
This is the 7th book in the Perfectly Imperfect series and I have yet to read one that I haven't loved.
Ravenna was a beautifully written character that had me from the start. She was brilliant and knew what fights needed to be picked. She cared more about her family than herself despite the horrific situation she was in.
Alessandro was a broken man who was hell-bent on revenge when it all fell apart the day he met Ravenna. He without knowing became her protector despite his plan to ruin her.
This book had me hooked from the first page, The tension between Ravenna and Alessandro was the chef's kiss. The slow burn that had me dying, was just the right amount of slowness. The overall story was written at a perfect pace and had me eating up every page.
