so incredibly romantic yet so incredibly sad :( a testament to how beautifully this was written and how much love and care and attention there was between leah and miri.
kept me interested throughout, loved the dual povs and despite the ending being abrupt + lots of questions left unanswered, i find that i don’t care cos in the end those things did not matter, it’s just miri and her grief :(
i thought this would be more science fiction-y with more traditional horror elements but it turns out the most frightening thing that can happen to a woman is being unable to reach your wife while she’s right in front of you :(
