I thought this was a very good book. One of the better self-help/leadership books I have read. He puts things into a simple and understandable format, making it so easy you just need to do it.

My biggest take away was getting over the fact I was not going to receive instant gratification from my efforts. Having the gall to dream and dream big and to track my habits I would like to change and see an improvement on. Do the activity regardless and for a minimum of three weeks straight to make it habitual. To surround myself with positive thoughts and people and to do things out of the ordinary to achieve my end goal.

I also appreciate there is a website to follow up with the book so I do not need to reinvent the wheel and use the resources already provided.
