What the heck? The story was just STARTING, really with the last sentence.
And still they haven't really talked about how Enoch is actually very relatable. No, of course, he's just the villain? When he just wants to live? Honestly, how ENTITLED are these people, to decide, who's allowed to be sentient and alive and who isn't?
Nope, not a good sequel. While the writing itself was delightful, the plot and the character motivations (or sometimes lack thereof) was always between bonkers and downright angering.
