It kept the story going when I wasn't sure where we would go next. I enjoyed the dual POVs in this book that followed both Ilara and Norivun now that we know they're together. I like where we ended up - poised to finish the story in the next book but the details of how remains unclear. I like the progress we made in this book and the twists and turns it took to set everything up for the big reveal and takedown that's coming.
