The Stranger Upstairs
by Lisa M. Matlin
This book was WILD. A page turner for sure. Sarah is a social media influencer/therapist who bought a house with her husband Joe where a murder took place. She had a goal of renovating and selling it. But the house and townspeople have other plans…
I loved the way this book was written, piecing together news stories, diary entries, and Sarah’s narration. I do wish we’d gotten the other person’s viewpoint sooner in the book, but it definitely worked. The twists were good!
Pick this one up on pub day. Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
