Ahh and alas, I am introduced to the LOTR series. And I am engrossed. It was a fun read although when I had tried to read it about two years ago or so for some reason something struck me as boring and I stopped at about page 50. Recently I saw the third movie playing on TV and I thought to myself, I have been avoiding watching the movies because I want to read the books first. Yet nothing has happened!? And that led me to finally pick up the book again and endure till they set off from Rivendell (a cousin pointed that out later as I was near the end of the book).

And overall it was a really good read. Fantasy has returned to my eager imagination.

I have started The Fellowship as I write this but unfortunately it is boring. However I will not falter from my course.
