I appreciated the emphasis placed on platonic love, and professional collaborations as a core and foremost relationships of one's life, prioritized above romantic partnership and marriage. An important story to be highlighted. Work, love and the ways one is used to show the other. The importance of telling the people we love that we love them. The contrast between the temporary and dispensable nature of life in a game, and the reality of real life and death. Was crying throughout. The only reason it is not 5 stars is that I find it frustrating when conflicts in books are driven by a failure to communicate.
