Sounds Like Love by Ashley Poston

Diverse cast of characters: No
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

Another banger from Ashley Poston. The magical realism was super fun without being overboard, the chemistry was off the charts, and every single side character was an incredible value add to the story.

When
the MCs finally get together after Joni's failed date with her ex, it's sooo satisfying. The spicy scenes aren't over the top and they add to the story.
The family dynamics are complicated while still being fun.

The Seven Year Slip is still my favorite Poston book, but this is a close second.
