I don’t even know where to begin..

This book was incredible and I can see why it’s so many people’s favorite throughout the series. It’s gut wrenching, stressful, heartbreaking and ends beautifully.

Aelin is such an incredible woman, and her court is so lucky to have her. Didn’t think I’d fall in love with Lysandra so hard but she too is so amazing and brave. The fact that she continued to be enslaved for Evangeline is so honorable. She deserves to be a Lady and glad she was able to get her powers back.

Rowan is everything I wish I could find in a man. I remember starting this series and falling in love with Dorian (which I still do like him), but Rowan is so handsome, intelligent and just so god damn sexy. God I love that Fae.

Chaol was frustrating at first, but I’m glad he finally saw Aelin for the Queen she is. I also understood where he was coming from when it came to Dorian and I’m just so glad it all worked out. It was breaking me to see Dorian suffer under the Valg prince, but he is now King and he is going to be a great ruler with Chaol by his side.

Manon is INCREDIBLE! Her character development was amazing and I love her clan so much. The way she finally saw what needed to be done and made sure to free Elide is amazing. Honestly can’t wait to see what she has planned for her bitch of a grandmother, and I hope Elide grows courageous as time passes.

Kaltain surprised me. It was terrible to see her suffer for so long but she beat that Valg prince and got the revenge she so rightfully deserved.

The plot twist was something I never expected. The fact that the King of Adarlan was actually trapped by Erawan, who is inside Parrington, was such a shock. Would’ve never guessed it and honestly so nervous to see how this war is going to break out.

I could not stop crying of happiness the last few chapters of Aelin with her friends. They are working towards a new world and I can’t wait to experience it.

I honestly loved this book from start to finish and it too has become my favorite of the series.
