I do love these books but they are very similar..... mates not fully bonded (or not bonded at all) once mate is captured, they suddenly realize what is holding the bond back and it snaps into place.
Still each couple is unique and part of the Pack im invested in.... as they tackle anti shifters Poachers and even a stalker this time round which was really interesting.
im not sure about the species, Pallas cats and red Pandas or bush Dogs.... Don't get me wrong i wouldn't want a tussle with a cat, but in a fight to the death a human would probably win...... a Wolf or Tiger is a different story, but its difficult to imagine an alpha guy turning into a fierce Pallas cat when anyone could take him out with a big enough rock or frying pan.
