A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab

5.0

HOLY MOLLY IT'S NEARLY 5 AM HERE BUT I'VE JUST CAME BACK FOR A QUITE HELL OF ADVENTURE!

so lets talk about this book, yeah? the writing is perfect it just pulled me into the darkness way far deeper than it should have. the fantasy elements are more than enough to keep me holding my breathe here and there. the plots? OKAY LET'S TALK ABOUT THE PLOTS AYYYY BECAUSE IN ALL HONESTY THEY ARE HELL OF ADVENTURES!!! (did i already have mention it before? uh uh)

there are Londons; grey London where things are mundane af, white London where people are hungry for power, red London where the princes are totally worth to die for the world is still contain hope and love and there's black London, where there used to be a world. no humans could pass through all of these worlds without having their bodies broken into pieces or anything equivalent to that, well except for the Antari. and one of them is Kell.

i could talk about him forever tbh but i don't want to ruin the fun for y'all. hehe. also, there's Rhy the charming and flirtatious prince and Lila the badass af thief.

basically, if you haven't read this book, you haven't really taste enough of magic, yet. (enough said.)
