The Seven Year Slip by Ashley Poston

5.0

Wow oh wow. I absolutely loved this book! This book had me laughing, anxious (in a good way), curious, questioning, and I even cried (a couple times) but it was so beautifully written and I tried my hardest to savor this book so it wouldn't end. I'll definitely relisten to it again in the future.

I wasn't expecting to feel so much during this, and it took me by surprise. Like Clementine, I'm dealing with a loss in my family (2 actually, my sister and my grandfather) and even though its been almost a year since both deaths, I'm still struggling some and this book honestly helped some๐Ÿ’–

I usually dont like the "then and now" timelines, but this one was done so well! I loved Clementine, and Iwan so freaking much, and this is a story I think everyone should read. It was beautiful and magical and gave me all the feels๐Ÿฅฐ Also, the authors note was beautiful and made me cry as well๐Ÿฅน
