This was a cute and cozy story. I really enjoyed how our main character and setting seemed to be heavily inspired by Cajun culture, coming from a fellow Cajun.
However, I didn't believe the romance of the story. It felt rushed and insta-love, so a lot of the more romance heavy scenes fell flat for me.
