Alright, I don’t read “love stories” or anything along the lines of romance books.
But this book was really really good. I was hooked by the different person views! Switching by chapter and chapter to the different people.
THE PLOT TWIST literally had me in tears I enjoyed the characters struggles and how it was really showed.
I enjoyed the sassy, refined, smart, and independent strong female lead! But my favorite part and spoilers! I enjoyed how they showed her getting heart broken and sad. I liked how she was so hung up on being cheated on before. Most books just brush past the “oh I was cheated on” and this one was like nah “why’d you cheat?!” And I liked it. She was strong enough to confront him, and strong enough to handle it. I love it.
I also loved the writing throughout the book, I have so many sticky notes on spots with such good quotes. I love the smart scientific quotes the main female lead says (idk why I just like it lol.) I really love this book.
