This book….I don’t even know how to begin with a review. It was so horrifying and mystical and wonderful and dark. A good, slow burn horror that left me with a smile on my face . A smirk, moreso.
Abitha is my new favorite female protagonist. I want Sky and Creek and Forest to follow me everywhere I go.
I have never felt witch trials depicted in such a heart-wrenching way before. I truly felt like I was there, reliving a bit of history.

I cannot wait to reread this every October and maybe more often than that.
