I found this a very educational read actually - it would be great for secondary school students!

Georgia is struggling with her love life. She has never felt desire, never wanted a partner and the thought of kissing someone makes her sick. She heads off into the world of university, where the terms pride, aromantic, asexual are thrown at her. We follow her through her journey of self discovery.

Honestly, the representation of sexuality in this book is amazing. It’s honestly an educational read and can see it being extremely powerful for someone questioning where they belong. I loved the friendship in this and related to the silly decisions and petty arguments Georgia experienced in her university years.

Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the writing style. It was a little too young for me and the dialogue was so unrealistic. It was very narrative heavy and left not a lot to the imagination: a lot of telling not showing. It’s certainly suited better to YA in which I am not.
