krys_maclovin 's review for:
Evernight
by Donna Grant
I read the first book in this series and then jumped to book 4 (just behind on books) and I felt like while I missed quite a bit, I wasn’t lost!
Donna puts bits and pieces from previous books to help this one flow smoothly, as a stand alone of sorts, but to help you get a feel for Synne and her story.
She is fresh off of heartbreak and grieving in her own way to make sense of her life. Lachlan is a man who is sure of himself and that alone really helps her. While I can’t say much more in fear of true spoilers, I can say that this world is very intriguing and will pull you in!
I have always gravitated to Donna’s books and this is something I feel everyone should read!
