I really enjoyed the vibe of the book since i'm obsessed with the whole post-apocalyptic / corrupt government genre. It reminded me a lot of maze runner, hunger games and divergent, which are movies I absolutely adore.
However, I could not for the life of me get over Juliet’s character. She pisses me off so bad with the whole “im so petite” “omg everyone hates me” “guys I hate myself :c” like girl stop. Also almost every scene with Adam is so incredibly cringe I cannot with the stuff he says. Especially in the “scenes” with Juliet, I literally just skip them.
In conclusion, I enjoyed the plot wayyy more than the actual book and I hope that in the next books there’ll be less “scenes” and that Juliet will be less “>.<“
