This book was simply delightful to read. I have never read a book that has such an accurate depiction of what being young in America is like today. The conversations and the characters come to life, and it makes the reading experience so much more engaging. I really connected with these characters because they were so well-written and realistic. Also, seeing representation of LGBTQ+ people like this was so refreshing and amazing to see, because it can sometimes be hard to come by. My only complaint was that I sometimes struggled with the politics aspect and all of the polling numbers that were consistently brought up in this book, but that is just because of my own personal preference. Regardless, it is a wonderful, lovely book and definitely worth the read.
