I wanted to read this book because of the Netflix show that has hit this Easter and now that Netflix has announced that it's been renewed for two more seasons, I want to get ahead and know what is going to happen so of course I brought all of Alice Oseman books. I enjoyed the first graphic novel and loved Nick and Charlie so was very intrigued on what was going to happen. Overall, I loved this book. It had me hooked from start to finish.

This graphic novel still follows Nick and Charlie from the first novel. They have been at the same school, but they’ve never met until one day, they are made to sit together in form. They are best friends. Nick knows Charlie is gay, and Charlie is sure that Nick isn’t. But love seems to work in surprising ways, and Nick is discovering all kinds of things about his friends, his family and himself.

I know why everyone is so obsessed with this universe, with these characters and with Alice. This book makes you feel all warm and fussy inside and makes you root for the characters. Like I would kill for all these characters (expect maybe Ben and Harry). This book shows the struggles with overthinking, not knowing your sexuality, high school, social groups, parties, and everything in between. You can relate to any of these characters even as you get older. I personally sort of relate to Nick a lot even at twenty-two years old, but I also know what it’s like to overthink a lot like Charlie. This book was such an easy read, I read it in like twenty minutes and then re-read it just to see all the graphics again. I want everyone to read this book as it shows good aspect that everyone’s got something to going on and just to be kind. I also want Nellie please and thank you. I love the fact that we also got to see more of the other characters stories such as Tara and Darcy and I would love to see them more in the next volume. I would recommend reading the first volume before reading this volume.

I can’t wait to read Volume Three and see what is in store for Nick and Charlie.
