I loved the way this story explored our online lives versus our in-person lives and also the way others can interpret our online lives. There's also a lot about text exchanges and how those can be misinterpreted. We're all anxious in our own minds and read digital communications the wrong way sometimes. This book also explored the female BIPOC experience in the music industry and in online spaces. All the characters were nuanced and had believable internal thoughts and worries.
