Democracy in Retrograde: How to Make Changes Big and Small in Our Country and in Our Lives by Emily Amick, Sami Sage

hopeful informative inspiring fast-paced

4.0

This book is about the US democracy system and how one can get more involved in it.  I thought that the book was an easy and quick read.  There were some really good ideas in it and some good thought exercises.  The book is written by two women that are democrats, but I also thought that it could apply to anyone.  There were some comments in the book that are references to current times, which is going to age this book.  The book is also really good for someone that is not very politically active and doesn't know much about how the government works.  If you have a good knowledge of this, the book might not be as interesting.
