Emily Henry does it again. Another fresh romance with lovable, complex characters, witty banter, and an overall great story. I loved all of the tropes in the book and even the ones that usually annoy me (miscommunication) felt just right. I love how Emily Henry’s characters are imperfect and on a journey of their own which intersects with a romance. I also loved the subplot with Ashleigh and friendships and the self discovery within the non-romantic relationships in the story. Miles is a dream character and his relationship with Daphne was absolutely a story worth reading. Some of the early-middle felt a tiny bit long to me, but it sped up super quick at the end and I wasn’t ready to leave them!
