Permanently wormed its way into my brain and won't leave. I was scared of this one until someone told me it wasn't that much harder to read than the Bible and I was like oh okay <3.
Mostly it's just dense, the kind of book I'll have to reread over and over just to let all the information sink in. But despite the brisk, historical tone, I still got really attached to some of the characters and felt their pain. I love elves <3333
