soooo worth the wait!!
I have loved the Dirty Martini Club from the moment I read the first book. This mishmash of amazing women, so seemingly different from each other in every way, yet they so perfectly come together to form their circle of trust. It’s such a beautiful thing to see such strong women supporting each other. I’d give anything to be their friend! We have seen Nora throughout the series, and I was definitely not alone in anxiously awaiting her story. And CK did NOT disappoint!
It. Was. Perfection.
Who would have thought Nora Lakes would find her HEA with a guy like Dex? A swoony hot tattooed single dad. Not a suit wearing executive. But much like their circle of trust is formed by seemingly opposite women, Nora’s HEA is the perfect fit because he is so much not a copy of Nora. And Nora bonding with Dex’s daughter??? Cue the tears! I adored their relationship. I love that they became so attached before Nora and Dex did. The scenes with the guys confronting Dex were hilarious, and perfection. I seriously never want to leave this world. And thankfully, since I’m a chronic rereader anyway, I won’t have to. I will keep this series in my regular reread rotation so I can visit them all again.
