Well, Brandon Sanderson sure knows how to keep a story going. It's funny how in the preface he says that this was the story he wanted to tell all along, as if The Final Empire were just a prologue to what he really wanted to write about.
I'm fascinated by his world-building ability, tbh, the lore keeps expanding in some ways I didn't even think about, and now, with that ending... I'm just thrilled to say I can't wait to read the final book of the trilogy and see how it all wraps up.
