Dance of the Red Death by Bethany Griffin

Pretty awesome book, and I love that it doesn't end all happily ever after. While everyone likes to see things be all peachy and worked out (mostly, anyway), it isn't real. So I love how the ending is real and believable. And just for the record, I wanted to kill Elliott after the first book, but by the end I was looking for a way to jump in the book and strangle him. I'm sorry, I just didn't like a lot of the things he did. I loved his character complexity, but that's about it. I loved how you could really see the characters develope and evolve, so the changes weren't sudden and coming out of left field. I did like the fact that Araby grew out of her naivete. It was a really good book, and Mr. Poe would have been very happy.
