Homo Deus: A History of Tomorrow
by Yuval Noah Harari
He's a bit of a tease. Book didn't go the direction it had built up for. Arguments are slightly vague, and evidence and theories only scrape the surface and don't provide anything substantial. Good for readers who haven't taken an interest in the consequences of liberalism before, as this does provide some kind of insight or summary of the direction humanity has taken.
Could've finished ending better, his summary of the point he's trying to get across is a mere page, and doesn't go in depth. A lot of repetition, again, only vaguely constructing arguments: they are not as strong as they could be, nor do they dig as deep into the topics or issues that they should have.
