I'm much too invested in Hero's subplot than I should be. There's still a couple of plot points I'm not sure about because I rushed through the book wanting to see what she would do. Or maybe those plot points weren't cleared up, I don't know.

Who shot Tom while trying to get at Sebastian? Was is the murderer or Slate?
